Founded in 1968 by Tony Iommi, Ozzy Osbourne, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward, Black Sabbath is one of the most influential bands in heavy metal and a landmark for the genre. Over time, its original lineup has changed several times, including musicians such as Ronnie James Dio, Ian Gillan, Glenn Hughes and many others.
