The band’s fourteenth studio album, recorded in 1982 by Chrysalis Records, was presented with this beautiful illustration by renowned artist Iain McCaig, now one of the film industry’s leading designers.

The beautiful and famous owl cover from the Canadian band’s second album, recorded in 1975 by Mercury Records, is signed by Eraldo Carugati, also known for his great work with Kiss.

King Crimson
Tammo De Jongh is the artist responsible for this beautiful cover illustration for King Crimson’s second album, recorded by Atlantic Records in 1970, called The 12 Archetypes or The 12 Faces of Humankind.
Trilogy
Emerson Lake & Palmer
Trilogy’s cover was designed by the British design studio Hipgnosis, authoring numerous rock album covers from 1968 to 1983. The trio’s third album was released in 1972 by Cotillion Records and features the profiles of its members, Keith Emerson, Greg Lake and Carl Palmer.

Yes
Roger Dean is perhaps the most famous visual artist in rock history. Known for having illustrated numerous album covers of the band Yes, with their striking and unmistakable streak. Released in 1973 by Atlantic Records, this is the band’s sixth studio album and their only double.

Paul Whitehead is the artist who signs the well-known and thought-provoking cover illustration of the third Genesis album released by Charisma Records in 1971.
